Lived experience, and the training to back it
Giselle's hardest years ran from the ages of 18 to 37. Substance abuse, toxic and coercive relationships, sexual abuse, codependency, as well as finding herself homeless. She's done the work and rebuilt her life. She can tell the whole story without it controlling her, and that is the proof.
ICF accredited Diploma of Life Coaching from The Life Coaching Academy. Coaching in Australia isn't regulated, which is why accredited training matters. Giselle's lived experience means she understands where you are. Her training means she knows how to help you move forward.
Questions people ask before they start
I am already seeing a psychologist. Is there any point seeing you as well?
Yes, in most cases. Your psychologist treats the condition. We work on the practical side, the habits and decisions, as an added perspective rather than another voice.
Is this for everyone?
No. You need some self-awareness and a willingness to do the work, otherwise it will not work and I will say so.
How much is a session?
A 50-minute one-to-one is $144, paid by bank transfer before the session.
Do I need to be on the Gold Coast?
No. Sessions are online, wherever you are.
